After 1 week of trying to get my Quic CDN setup …
After 1 week of trying to get my CDN set up, I tried to open a ticket on my dashboard because my SSL was not configured correctly by my domain host. Wade Teng, not only took several hours trying to figure out what the technical issue was, he was very patient and made sure he understood what I was trying to achieve as my end goal. I have hosting with Hostinger, I am using Cloudflare for DNA and wanted to get Quic.cloud set up as my CDN. Wade and I shared something in common. English was not his 1st language and internet tech was not my expertise. Wade went out of his way to help me. Despite that I was willing to wait for help and because of our time zone difference, Wade worked late into the evening during his off time shift to completely resolve my issue. Not only did he resolve my CDN/DNA issue, he offered coaching education and expert advice along the way. For a non-techie like me, this is why customer service is of utmost importance when resolving technical issues. Wade clearly exemplified the true value of outstanding service and as a result demonstrated the value of choosing Quic.cloud for any of my future business dealings! Well done and thank you to Wade 🙂
